Always do this
  • Use deep navy or white as primary background — never a competing dark color
  • Pair Syne headlines with Space Grotesk body text consistently
  • Use cyan exclusively for the logo accent dot and live/active state indicators
  • Keep language direct — one idea per sentence, active voice always
  • Show uptime, response time, or performance data whenever possible
Never do this
  • Do not use the logo on photographic backgrounds without a clear zone
  • Do not use warm colors (orange, red, yellow) in brand communications
  • Do not use buzzwords — no "AI-powered", "next-gen", "synergy"
  • Do not make claims that can't be backed by a metric or a customer quote
  • Do not use more than two typefaces in any single communication
